Our Range of Preserves & Baked Goods

Our range of pickles, chutneys and relishes is genuinely hand-made using traditional preserving techniques and equipment, bottled and labelled by hand. Our products are preserved naturally by sugar and vinegar, we don't add any artificial preservatives, flavourings, colourings or E numbers. We use local produce when possible, organic when possible and Fairtrade suppliers for many imported products. Our fruit and vegetables are fresh, we don’t use frozen/pulp/dehydrated unless the recipe requires it e.g. dates, sultanas.

Notes:

• not all products are available throughout the year as we prefer to use in-season ingredients where possible and some are seasonal products, eg barbeque sauce, Xmas chutney, etc.

• Many products are available in catering size jars for use in restaurants, cafes etc. All products are available on a wholesale basis to shops, farmshops, delis etc
